Redneck Juice – The big, hopped-up juice made in Idaho

Imagine yourself on the banks of an Idaho river, feet in the water, a wobbly folding chair, your pickup truck parked nearby. No need for a clean shirt, here happiness comes in two things: a fishing rod... and a big, juicy can. That's exactly the spirit of Redneck Juice: a generous NEIPA, a tribute to that good old Idaho 7, the hop we cherish as much as a redneck loves his faded cap. In the glass? A golden haze as thick as a morning in the Rockies.

We threw in a good dose of wheat to get that creamy mouthfeel and that nice, hazy color, worthy of the American beers that made us fall in love with craft beer. On the hop side, it's a winning trio...in astronomical quantities: Idaho 7 as the master of ceremonies, seconded by Mosaic and supported by a solid base of Citra.

On the nose: a tropical explosion that would make fruit salad seem like a sad aperitif. Papaya, juicy apricot, vibrant orange, pink grapefruit: it's all there, as if you'd taken a bite out of a summer market. On the palate: sweetness and velvet. The tropical aroma rolls in like a cowboy, underscored by a resinous touch that provides just the right amount of "kick" to evoke wild Idaho.

The finish is balanced by a gentle bitterness, perfect for sipping until the sun goes down. Redneck Juice is our vision of an American IPA: delicious, straightforward, and generous.
