Deux kiné reconvertis en brasseurs artisanaux. Loïc et Romain ont fondé Unseen BC pour brasser des bières créatives et inattendues. Découvrez leur histoire.

Tout a commencé dans un garage. Romain et Loïc avaient une obsession commune : brasser des bières qu'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs. Pas de recettes safe, pas de compromis. On a appris en brassant, raté quelques lots, puis trouvé notre voie : l'inattendu. Aujourd'hui, chaque brassin est une exploration, et on t'invite à goûter ce que personne n'a encore vu venir.

Romain here. Co-founder of Unseen Brewing Co., a former physiotherapist turned obsessed brewer.

NEIPAs, sours, experiments: that's my playground. 👨‍👧Dad of a four-year-old too. We launched the adventure from my garage in Assesse, now we produce ~3 batches/month at CoHop in Brussels.

I handle admin, accounting, labels in Inkscape, and I take on the videos to show how we do it. Thanks for the support.

A converted physiotherapist — hands made for healing, now also for brewing. 🍻 Passionate about cooking and craft beer from the start, brewing became an obvious choice: science + pleasure + creativity. Every recipe precise, every batch with obsession. With Romain, we share pleasure: generous, accessible, a little crazy.

We break the codes with remarkable, never pretentious, recipes. Unseen, that's us: never seen, never tasted. Have a drink, welcome. 🍺✌️

Five years in hospitality, now between events and communication in wine — a multi-faceted job where I combine different skills. Romain's younger brother, I've been here from the start: taster first, then advisor.

At Unseen, I'm the conductor of image and message. I ensure that everything we show tells the story of who we truly are: curious, sincere, ready to break the mold.
