Double Hazy IPA – Collaboration with Sir John Brewing Co. (La Chute, Québec)

There are beers you sip slowly, and then there are the ones you brew when you’ve got no time to mess around. This one’s clearly in the second camp.
Born from a meeting between Belgium and Québec — between our fermenters and the know-how of the legendary Sir John — this Double Hazy IPA floors it. No detours, no breaks, just a big hit of hops and pure fun.

In the glass: a dense golden haze, a creamy head, and an aroma that sends you straight into that legendary club from the video — where everyone yells “Tequila, Heineken!” and laughs out loud without a care for tomorrow.

Hop-wise, we brought out the heavy artillery: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost and Motueka, thrown in at 25 g/L of dry hop. Let’s just say it’s not a gentle pat on the back — it’s an aromatic slap in the face.

On the nose: a tropical tornado. Ripe mango, passion fruit, lime zest, white grape and a backdrop of resinous pine.
On the palate: a velvety body, a dense, silky texture, then an explosion of juicy aromas that puts an instant grin on your face. The bitterness, clean and assertive, brings everyone back in line.

A no-compromise Double Hazy IPA, born from friendship, fun and a touch of madness.
A beer that celebrates the Québec spirit: generous, festive, a bit too much, but always sincere.
