¡Ay caramba! Forget everything you think you know about sour beers. Pachanero is a one-way ticket between the Inca mountains and Mexican beaches, with a detour through the sacred fire of the habanero.
Its name? A mystical fusion between Pacha (the mother earth of the Incas) and -nero (a spicy nod to our friend the habanero). A perfect balance between freshness and character... or how to transform a Sour into a true taste ceremony.
On the nose , it's straight up cocktail vibes . Playa del Carmen : freshly squeezed lime, refreshing zest, a hint of tropical fruit ... You almost expect to hear the maracas.
On the palate? BOOM. A beautiful acidity that wakes you up better than a shot of mezcal: lime and lactic fermentation marry wonderfully for a super fresh attack. Then, the plot twist : pear, red apple, juicy peach, stone fruit… and there, discreet but present , Señor Habanero makes his entrance. He doesn't shout, but he gently warms the throat with his super fruity aroma . Spicy , but never aggressive – even the most sensitive will find it to their liking.
