A 6.9% West Coast IPA brewed with one mission: reminding you what “sharp” really means.

After the koala in focus and the bear in full charge, enter the falcon.
Perched, calm, precise… but definitely not there for decoration. He's taking aim. And when he dives, there's no mercy.

No room for blur here.
No haze. No detours. Just a straight, clean, surgical beer. The perfect counterpoint to our NEIPAs.

Three hops, hand-picked with a scalpel for their precision: Citra opens with bright citrus, somewhere between grapefruit and mandarin. Simcoe then rolls out a dry, resinous, piney backbone that structures the whole tasting. Then Nelson Sauvin refines it all with its touch of white grape, elegant and slightly vinous.

And yes, there are oats in there. But here they play like the falcon: discreet on the surface, essential to the balance. They support the structure without ever blurring the picture.

On the nose, it's crystal clear: cutting citrus, fresh resin, with that little vinous edge hovering above the glass.

The first sip lands… and it bites.
The attack is direct: grapefruit hitting clean.
The mid-palate stretches out with pine and resin, dry and precise.
And the finish? Dry, sharp, with a clean bitterness that stays on line, never drifting.

The final verdict? A beer that swoops down on you and whispers in your ear:
“you wanted clean? target locked.” 😏

A no-compromise West Coast IPA: clear, dry, structured… with the Unseen touch on top: character, precision and zero concessions. 🍻

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a West Coast IPA and a NEIPA?
West Coast IPA is dry, clear and bitterness-forward; NEIPA is hazy, juicy and less bitter. Clear Cut clearly falls into the first category: clean, crisp, and without haze.
Is Clear Cut a very bitter beer?
Its bitterness is acknowledged and persistent, but never aggressive. It arrives in the mid-palate, resinous, without overpowering the aromas of Citra and Nelson Sauvin.
Does this beer contain gluten?
Yes. Clear Cut is brewed with barley and wheat, so it contains gluten. The full list of ingredients can be found on this page.
At what temperature should I serve Clear Cut?
Between 6 and 8°C, in a tulip glass or IPA glass. Drink young to fully enjoy its hoppy profile.
