A year ago, it all started with a vision. Today we're celebrating that first chapter with a beer that embodies the very essence of our adventure: hops in their purest form. Hop Juice #1, brewed in collaboration with Freestyle Hops, is a deep dive straight into the soul of New Zealand's hop gardens. The starting point of a trilogy where the intensity only goes up.

In the glass, it's a hazy golden glow, almost sunlit, shot through with a soft, luminous haze. A fine, lasting white head, like morning mist over the hop fields. The body, built with oats and wheat, delivers that supple, silky texture that makes the perfect canvas for a controlled aromatic explosion.

Here, precision is the name of the game.

The Wai-iti, Nectaron & Citra trio, boosted by a Wai-iti Cold Pressed Hop Juice, opens the dance with elegance. On the nose, it's a tropical caress: lime, white peach, fresh apricot and a delicate floral touch. A bright, almost crystalline aroma that sets the tone without ever forcing it.

On the palate, the balance is total. The attack is soft and juicy, then the flavours build gradually: fresh citrus, stone fruit, an exotic hint that lingers without overwhelming. Nectaron brings its fruity roundness, Citra its zesty liveliness, while Wai-iti — amplified by its concentrated juice — leaves a subtle, almost airy signature.
